Leading Today's Workforce - Rise To The Challenge!
“Linking Leaders: Building Resilience Under Stress”
A one-day workshop centered on providing real tactics for participants to take back to their businesses/workplaces with an understanding of how to implement successfully. Crowd sourced tactics and implementation strategies are the focus. Facilitated networking through roundtable discussions will be an equally important highlight of this event.
With a focus on dissolving the stigma around feelings such as overwhelm, anxiety, depression, this networking day will kick off hearing from some of LO’s amazing business leaders - who ‘hit the emotional wall’, and who were able to craft a path forward. Finding the right mental health support and stress relief for busy, ‘irreplaceable’ business leaders is hard. This one-day workshop will leverage the strength that comes from camaraderie, peer support and mentorship - and help attendees to build their own personal resilience tool kit for 2024 and beyond.

Jacki is a sought-after landscape business coach, teacher and speaker. She brings a career full of landscape business and team management experience – both as a landscape contractor and as a business coach. Just like many of you, her passion for landscapes and plants far outweighed her business management talent for many years. As a professional speaker, workshop facilitator, teacher and business coach, Jacki focuses on helping others grow their businesses, their managers, and their success. Jacki has over 200 published magazine articles to her credit and is Employers of Choice instructor for the GROW program. In her spare time whenever that is… Jacki enjoys being in her kayak, on her bike or snowshoes exploring the rivers and forests near her Muskoka, Ontario home.
